Description:
Ash Burl is rotary cut from the burl of one of several European Ashes with color and markings similar to Olive Wood. Colors range from white to yellow to brown with a fine burl pattern.
The heartwood is cream to pale tan coloured. In some logs a dark brown to black

the color of ash burl veneer is straw biscuit coloured to light brown and slightly darker than that of white ash,ash burl veneer are excellently suited for the production of very decorative veneers.
Although ash burl veneer grain is normally straight,it can be wavy and curly,producing a 'peanut'figured wood,which is the most commonly seen type of veneer made from this specie,ash burl veneer can be used in the surface of furniture,interior decoration and so on.
